2024  Board of Review Minutes  (July 2024 Meeting Date)

Board of review called to order July 2nd, and 6PM. Members present were Brad, Kiel, Steve, Jeff, and assessor Natalie D. from Tamarack assessing. No members of the public were present at the start of the meeting.
Assessment roll was reviewed by the board and assessor and signed by the Clerk.
Board reviewed assessment documents and discussed assessing changes with board as a whole.
Board and assessor discussed setting the next open book date for June 24th, 2025 from 3-5 pm. The BOR was set for July 1st, 2025 from 6-8 pm.
No public comment, no community members present, no phone calls, no objections received.

Board of review called to close at 8pm.
