NOTICE 

TOWN OF COLBURN

The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will be held Tuesday March 3rd, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at the Colburn Town Hall. The agenda will include:

1.    Call to order.
2.    Approval of minutes of previous meeting.    
3.    Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement. 
4.    Public Comment.  
Public comment is limited to the public comment period of the meeting. Public comments can be made on agenda items which may be considered by the board during its deliberation of the agenda item.  Please note that the board may not act on a public comment regarding a non-agenda item.
5.    Approval of licenses/permits.
6.    Discuss/approve sale of town land on 327th St.
7.    Approve participation in ditch clean up grant/program.
8.    Road work discussion & update.
9.    Approve engineer work/application for small structures funding. 
10.    Otter Lake bridge work update.
11.    Gravel and LRIP project postings.
12.    Approve building of new storage shed.
13.    Chip sealing bridges.
14.    Crack filling.
15.    Review and approve expenditures. 
16.    Schedule the next meeting/annual meeting. 
17.    Adjournment.
