TOWN OF COLBURN 
2026 Annual Meeting Minutes for 4/21/26

1. The Annual Meeting was called to order at 7:00PM by Brad Hompe
2. Minutes of Last Meeting-Clerk
Kiel read the mins from the 2025 annual meeting.

1. Motion to approve: Nick
   
2. Second by: Shawn 
   
3. Motion Carried
   

3. Approve voting method: show of hands was approved. 

1. Brad asked if show of hands is approved. No objections. 
   

4. Comment from Residents:

1. No comments  
   

5. Financial Report-Clerk: Everyone present was given a copy of the report 
6. Change to appointed Clerk and Treasurer positions.
Comments - Dana Hartzell asked if a vacancy occurs, the board will try to get a town resident to appoint before looking outside the town. 

1. Motion to approve Clerk and Treasurer to be appointed not elected upon vacancy or end of term : Nick
