​January 7th 2025 Caucus Meeting Minutes

Chairman Brad called the meeting to order at 7pm. Members present were Brad, Kiel, Steve, Dana, and Jeff. All town residents were requested to sign in to the meeting as well. 
Kiel made a motion to open the 2025 Caucus. Steve seconded the motion, motion was voted on and carried. Kiel made a motion that the practice of voice vote would be used for nominations. 
The nomination for Treasure began. Kiel made a motion to nominate Dana Hartzel as Treasurer. Steve seconded the motion.  No more nominations were brought forward. 
The nomination for Clerk began. Steve made a motion to nominate Jeff Milas as Clerk. Kiel seconded the motion.  No more nominations were brought forward.
The nomination for Chair began. Kiel made a motion to nominate Brad Hompe. Steve seconded the motion. No more nominations were brought forward. 
The nomination for Supervisor #1 began.  Steve nominated Kiel Morello. Jeff seconded the motion. No more nominations were brought forward. 
The nomination for Supervisor #2 began. Kiel nominated Steve Sime. Jeff seconded the motion. No more nominations were brought forward. 
The nomination for Town Constable began. No nominations were brought forward. 
For election records, the current town clerk, Jeff Milas wanted to note for the record that all nominations that were brought forward were current incumbents to the positions they were nominated for.

Kiel made a motion to adjourn the 2025 Caucus meeting. Steve seconded, motion was voted on and carried.

Meeting adjourned.
