The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board
will be held Tuesday July 1st, 2025, at 7:00 P.M.
at the Colburn Town Hall. The agenda will
include:

1. Call to order.
2. Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting.
3. Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement.
4. Public Comment.
Public comment is limited to the public comment period of the meeting. Public comments can be
made on agenda items which may be considered by the board during its deliberation of the agenda
item. Please note that the board may not act on a public comment regarding a non-agenda item.
5. Approval of license/permits.
6. Approve appointment to fill clerk vacancy created by resignation/
Discuss and approve coverage plan if no candidates.
7. Road work discussion & update.
8. 360 th project update/ditching
9. 170 th Bridge preliminary design/grant application.
10. Patching needs
11. Graveling update
12. Mowing update
13. Equipment needs and purchase
14. Sale of town property on 327 th St.
15. Review and approve expenditures.
16. Schedule the next meeting.
17. Adjournment.
