TOWN OF COLBURN
The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board
will be held Tuesday June 3rd, 2025, at 7:00 P.M.
at the Colburn Town Hall. The agenda will
include:

1. Call to order.
2. Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting.
3. Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement.
4. Public Comment.
Public comment is limited to the public comment period of the meeting. Public comments can be
made on agenda items which may be considered by the board during its deliberation of the agenda
item. Please note that the board may not act on a public comment regarding a non-agenda item.
5. Approval of license/permits.
6. Approve appointments to fill the supervisor and clerk vacancies
created by resignations.
7. Approve office rental contract.
8. Road work discussion & update.
9. 360 th project update
10. Road graveling
11. Culvert inspection results
12. 170 th Bridge update
13. Sign work status and needs
14. Electric upgrade status
15. Equipment and facility needs.
16. Sale of town property on 327 th St.
17. Review and approve expenditures.
18. Schedule the next meeting and BOR.
19. Adjournment.
