NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
TOWN OF COLBURN

The Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the Colburn Town Hall, 18476 County Highway S North, Stanley, WI.  The agenda will include:

1. Call to Order
   
2. Minutes of Last Meeting-Clerk 
   
3. Financial Report-Clerk 
   
4. Recycling Report-Clerk 
   
5. Comment from Residents
   
6. Adjournment
   

NOTE: The monthly meeting will immediately follow the annual meeting.

NOTICE 
TOWN OF COLBURN

The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will be held Tuesday April 15th, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. immediately following the annual meeting at the Colburn Town Hall. The agenda will include:
 

1. Call to order.
   
2. Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting.    
   
3. Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement. 
   
4. Public Comment.  
   

Public comment is limited to the public comment period of the meeting. Public comments can be made on agenda items which may be considered by the board during its deliberation of the agenda item.  Please note that the board may not act on a public comment regarding a non-agenda item.

1. Approval of license/permits.
   
2. Road work discussion & update.
   

• Open and award gravel and paving bids
  
• Annual roadwork budget discussion
  
• Bridge updates 
  

1. Review and approve expenditures. 
   
2. Schedule the next meeting.
