Hall Rental Agreement:
COLBURN TOWN HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT
Rental Date: _______________________ Time: _________ To _________
Rental Fee: $100.00 plus a $50.00 deposit
Write out two checks, one for $100.00 and another for $50.00 to the Town of Colburn and mail to Brad Hompe, 16566 CTH G, Stanley, WI 54768. (Phone# 715-429-0376) The deposit will be returned to the renter as long as the hall is left in the condition it was upon rental and cleaning is done as outlined below. Any damages above the deposit cost will be assessed to the renter.
NOTE: WATER SWITCH IS IN FUSE BOX. TURN OFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE HALL.
*Hall must be cleaned, swept, mopped (Kitchen, bathrooms, floor) and all garbage removed.
*No tape or thumb tacks on the wall.
*Heat must be turned down to 50 degrees.
*The refrigerator left clean.
*Turn off all lights, flush all toilets, and close all windows.
*Beer and alcoholic beverages may be served under these conditions: The renter is responsible for any liabilities due to the consumption of any alcoholic beverages.
*Lock all exterior doors. Leave the key on top of the refrigerator.
