Meeting Minutes from 2023 Annual Meeting Read and 2024 Annual Meeting Annual Meeting April 18,2023
Annual meeting was called to order by Kiel. Members present were Kiel M. , Steve S. Brad H. via phone call, Dana H. , and Jeff M. Jeff read the meeting minutes from the last meeting. Kiel made a motion to accept the meeting minutes as read, Steve seconded, motion carried. Annual reports were handed out to members present. Jeff read the financial balances for the year. Beginning Balance for January 1, 2022 for the Forward Financial Checking was at $491,510.89. The AbbyBank CD balance was $64,532.46. The total Beginning Balance was $556,043.35. 2022 Revenues included a total of $273,623.77 and 2022 Expenses were ($391,974.10). 2021 Payroll Liabilities that carried over from 2022 were (107.90). The balance on hand December 31, 2022 was $437,800.92. The ending balance as of December 31, 2022 for Forward Financial Checking was $372,949.10. For the AbbyBank CD it was $64,851.82. And the total Total Ending Balance was $437,800.92. Jeff read the recycling report as well. For the recycling report we had the following expenses for 2022, with the Solid Waste Disposal Expense at $3,332.96. The Recycling Expense at $1,993.75. The Recycling Center Wages were $1,323.84.The Insurance Costs were $495.00 With the Total Costs at $7,1745.55. Income brought in from the recycling center were as follows for 2022. The Road Ditch Cleanup Grant of $500.00 The State Recycling Aid at $1621.50. The Waste Disposal Income at $2517.50 And the Total Income at $4,639.00. Comments were opened for the annual meeting. Bob and Sandi Cox asked about the timeline for the completion of 130th project, and Brad confirmed that the company would start and complete the project this year, starting around August. Kenny Mahalko, discussed the holes on blacktop on some of the town roads and having town residents fill the holes. Steve made a motion to adjourn the annual meeting. Kiel seconded the motion.
