1. Meeting called to order at 7:00PM by Brad Hompe

NOTICE
 
TOWN OF COLBURN 
 
The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will be held Tuesday January 6th, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at the Colburn Town Hall. The agenda will include:
 

1. Call to order.
2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.     
3. Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement.
4. Public Comment.  

Public comment is limited to the public comment period of the meeting. Public comments can be made on agenda items which may be considered by the board during its deliberation of the agenda item.  Please note that the board may not act on a public comment regarding a non-agenda item.
     5. Approval of licenses/permits.
     6. Road work discussion & update.         
     7. Review and approve expenditures.
     8. Schedule the next meeting.
     9. Adjournment.

​Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the Town of Colburn Town Hall, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET of the Town of Colburn, Chippewa County, will be held. The proposed budget may be viewed at the town hall upon request or on the town's website townofcolburnwi.com. 

Meeting Minutes must be approved at next meeting. Annual meeting minutes must be approved at next annual meeting.
