The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will be held Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. at the Colburn Town Hall. The agenda will include: Call to order. Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting. Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement. Public Comment. Public comment is limited to the public comment period of the meeting. Public comments can be made on agenda items which may be considered by the board during its deliberation of the agenda item. Please note that the board may not act on a public comment regarding a non-agenda item. Approval of license/permits. Insurance policy review ATV/UTV route update. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Colburn will hold a public test of the election equipment on Friday, March 29th, 2024 at 7:00 AM at the Town of Colburn Town Hall for the upcoming April 2nd, 2024 Election. Jeffrey Milas, Clerk Dated 03/25/2024 Town of Colburn Recycling Center Location: 18237 327th Street Hours: First and third Saturdays of each month year-round from 8am to 12:00 noon. Watch the papers and shoppers for special collections of tires and hazardous waste conducted by the Chippewa County Recycling Program. Recycling Center fees/items accepted effective January 1, 2024, are as follows: Garbage-Bagged garbage only. Bagged garbage up to 30-gallon bag: $3.00 per bag. Bagged garbage up to 55-gallon bag: $6.00 per bag. Recycling Materials Glass, plastic, newspapers, cardboard, magazines, tin & aluminum.... Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting. 3. Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement. 4. Public Comment.
