TOWN OF COLBURN
The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board
will be held Tuesday, July 11th, 2023, at 7:00 P.M.
at the Colburn Town Hall. The agenda will
include:

1. Call to order.
2. Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting.
3. Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement.
4. Public Comment.
Public comment is limited to the public comment period of the meeting. Public comments can be
made on agenda items which may be considered by the board during its deliberation of the agenda
item. Please note that the board may not act on a public comment regarding a non-agenda item.
5. Approval of license/permits.
6. Road work discussion & update.
7. Review and approve expenditures.
8. Schedule the next meeting.
9. Adjournment.

May 2nd, 2023 Monthly Meeting
Members present were Brad, Kiel, Steve, Dana, and Jeff.
Brad H., the town chair, called the meeting to order at 7:00PM.  Jeff ( The clerk) read the minutes from last month’s meeting. Kiel (supervisor #1)made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Steve (supervisor #2)  seconded the motion. Motion was voted on and motioned carried. ​
