June 28th Special Meeting: Scheidler Liquor License 

A meeting of the Town Board was held Wednesday, June 28th, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at the Colburn Town Hall.

Brad called the meeting to order. Members present were Brad, Kiel, Steve and Jeff. 

Brad discussed that Huron Tavern was changing owners for John Dubiel to Jim and Sheri Scheidler. Dubiel presented paperwork saying that he wished to allow the liquor license to expire as they had sold the property. Jim and Sheri Scheidler stated they wished to apply for a liquor license in the township. Kiel made a motion to approve a provisional liquor license for Jim and Sheri Scheilder for Scheilder’s Huron Tavern and Campground. Steve seconded the motion. Motion was voted on and passed 3 yas, 0 nas. 

Kiel made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Steve seconded it. 

Adjourned.
