Meeting Minutes - 01/05/2021

Regular Town Meeting
Tuesday January 5th, 2021
7:00 pm at Colburn Town Hall
 
Meeting was called to order by chairman Brad Hompe. Board members present included Brad Hompe, Kiel Morello, Steve Sime, Dana Hartzell and Kathy Yeager.

​Kathy presented the minutes from last meeting Kiel motion to accept, Steve seconded – motion carried
 
Dana presented the treasurer’s report. The bank balances were:
                AbbyBank CD: $63,571.73
                Forward Financial Checking: $355,502.63
 
Public Comment: Dan Liske made a comment that one of his neighbor’s was upset that his road did not get plowed. Brad asked Dan if the neighbor lives on a gravel road and if so none of the gravel road were plowed.
 
Licenses and permits: None
 
ATV routes and applications: All four applications were denied. We can work on appealing the denied routes at the March meeting.
 
Road work update and discussion:
Grader went into the shop on December 1st estimated $3,000 to fix.
Two people called on the road worker position. Jeffrey Milas Jr. and Steve Schneider. Jeff cannot do mornings or week day because of full time job. Kiel made a motion to add Steve to the worker list. Steve Sime second, motion carried.
 
Kiel made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Steve seconded – motion carried.
