TOWN OF COLBURN
The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board
will be held Tuesday, February 5th, 2024, at 7:00
P.M. at the Colburn Town Hall. The agenda will
include:

1. Call to order.
2. Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting.
3. Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement.
4. Public Comment.
Public comment is limited to the public comment period of the meeting. Public comments can be
made on agenda items which may be considered by the board during its deliberation of the agenda
item. Please note that the board may not act on a public comment regarding a non-agenda item.
5. Approval of license/permits.
6. Approve Cornell ambulance by-laws changes.
7. Approve purchasing of land adjacent to current town hall/shop.
8. Annual approval of election workers.
9. Approve Ordinance establishing split shifts for election officials.
10. Approve Ordinance adopting notice of record access.
11. Approve Resolution to establish copy prices.
12. Review and select options for additional dumpster or pick up at
recycling center.
13. Approve the sale/surplus of recycling trailer.
14. Approve repair of recycling center building.
15. Approve participation in Spring ditch clean-up program.
16. Road work discussion & update
17. Approve posting bids for the completion of 165 th Ave. project.
18. Approve culvert/bridge inventory process.
19. Review and approve expenditures.
20. Schedule the next meeting.
21. Adjournment.
