TOWN OF COLBURN
The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board
will be held Tuesday, September 5th, 2023, at 7:00
P.M. at the Colburn Town Hall. The agenda will
include:

1. Call to order.
2. Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting.
3. Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement.
4. Public Comment.
Public comment is limited to the public comment period of the meeting. Public comments can be
made on agenda items which may be considered by the board during its deliberation of the agenda
item. Please note that the board may not act on a public comment regarding a non-agenda item.
5. Approval of license/permits.
6. Cell Phone coverage discussion/update
7. Ntera internet presentation. Determine town support for grants
and service expansion.
8. Clarification/approval of Mobile Home Ordinance
9. Approval of Ordinance-Confidentiality of income and expenses
provided to assessor for assessment purpose.
10. Land purchase adjacent to current town facilities for future
facility needs.
11. Recycling Center Discussion-Rates and items accepted.
12. Road work discussion & update.
13. Review and approve expenditures.
14. Schedule the next meeting.
15. Adjournment.
