Regular Monthly Meeting Minutes for 8/4/26 Board members present Brad Hompe Shawn Kuehni Nick Burzynski 1. Meeting called to order by Brad at 7:00PM. 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting. The previous meeting minutes were sent out prior to the meeting and reviewed by the board: Motion to approve minutes as presented: Nick Second by: Shawn Motion Carried 3. Presentation of treasurer’s report & clerk’s balance statement. Dana sent the treasurer’s report & other reconciliation documents via email. Kiel and Dana verified via email that the clerk and treasurer balance. Treasurer’s report and clerk balance sheets are printed for the monthly file. NOTICE

Town of Colburn, Chippewa County Notice is hereby given that the Town of Colburn, Chippewa County, Wisconsin, Open Book and Board of Review shall take place on the following dates. Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2025 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 30th day of June, 2025 at 3pm., until 5 pm. The board of review shall hold its meeting on July 7th, 2025, from 6 to 8 PM, at the Colburn Town Hall. NOTICE

2026 Annual Meeting Minutes for 4/21/26 1. The Annual Meeting was called to order at 7:00PM by Brad Hompe 2. Minutes of Last Meeting-Clerk Kiel read the mins from the 2025 annual meeting.
6. Change to appointed Clerk and Treasurer positions. Comments - Dana Hartzell asked if a vacancy occurs, the board will try to get a town resident to appoint before looking outside the town.
